CBSA issues final dumping determination on oil and gas well casing from Austria

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final determination of dumping concerning oil and gas well casing from Austria.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will continue its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by September 1, 2026.

In this investigation, the CBSA considers that the imposition of provisional duties is not necessary to prevent injury, retardation or threat of injury.
