Tribunal maintains injury finding on corrosion-resistant steel sheet from two countries

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced that it continued its finding made in November 2020 concerning the dumping of corrosion-resistant steel sheet from Türkiye and Vietnam and subsidizing from Türkiye.

Following a review the Tribunal found that the expiry of the finding was likely to result in injury to Canadian industry. As such, the Tribunal continued its finding.

The Canada Border Services Agency will therefore continue to impose anti-dumping and/or countervailing duties on these goods.
