Tribunal issues final determination of injury on certain oil country tubular goods from 5 countries
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced it found that the dumping of certain oil country tubular goods originating in or exported from Mexico, the Philippines, South Korea, Türkiye and the United States of America has caused injury to the domestic industry.
The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) of a final determination of dumping issued on March 23, 2026.
Anti-dumping duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of the subject goods.
