CBSA issues dumping determination on truck bodies from China
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced it made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing respecting truck bodies originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 137.1% to 357.9% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after March 6, 2026.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by July 3, 2026, if the dumping and subsidizing are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
