CBSA issues dumping determination on thermoformed molded fibre tableware from China
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing respecting thermoformed molded fibre tableware originating in or exported from the People's Republic of China.
Provisional duties at rates ranging from 25.2% to 53.7% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after February 27, 2026.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine, by June 26, 2026, if the dumping and subsidizing are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
