Tribunal issues final determination of injury on thermal paper rolls from China
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal announced it found that the dumping and subsidizing of thermal paper rolls, originating in or exported from China, have caused injury to the domestic industry.
The Tribunal's inquiry and finding follow the issuance by the President of the Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) of a final determination of dumping and subsidizing issued on December 24, 2025.
Anti-dumping and countervailing duties will therefore be collected by the Canada Border Services Agency on importations of the subject goods.
