CBSA issues final dumping determinations on carbon and alloy steel wire from several countries
The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) made a final determination of dumping respecting certain carbon and alloy steel wire originating in or exported from China, Chinese Taipei, India, Italy, Malaysia, Portugal, Spain, Thailand, Türkiye, and Vietnam.
The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) is continuing its inquiry into the question of injury to the Canadian industry and will issue its decision by January 2, 2026.
Provisional duties will continue to be imposed on the subject goods from the subject countries until the CITT renders its decision.
