CBSA issues dumping determination on thermal paper rolls from China

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced it made preliminary determinations of dumping and subsidizing respecting thermal paper rolls originating in or exported from China.

Provisional duties at a rate of 99.0% will now be payable on the subject goods that are released from customs on or after September 10, 2025.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal (CITT) will now formally determine if the dumping and subsidising are causing prejudice to Canadian industry.
