CBSA confirms dumping decision on nitisinone capsules from Sweden

The Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) announced that it made its final determination of dumping in respect of certain nitisinone capsules from Sweden.

The Canadian International Trade Tribunal is continuing its inquiry to determine if the dumping is causing injury to the domestic industry and will make an order or finding by April 18, 2019.

Provisional duties will continue to apply on imports of subject goods until the date of the Tribunal's order or finding.
